By accessing the Vantage Logics website, utilizing the Vantage Risk Engine (VRE26), or interacting with our Telegram Command Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using this software.

Vantage Logics provides algorithmic trading software and analysis tools. We are a software development firm, not a financial institution, broker, or investment advisor.

The VRE26 system provides market analysis based on mathematical models and machine learning probabilities.
"Signals" or "Decisions" generated by the software are strictly outputs of code and do not constitute financial advice.

3. High Risk Warning & Performance

Trading financial markets involves a substantial risk of loss.

No Guarantees: Past performance, including the "Monte Carlo Simulations" and "Backtest Results" displayed on our site, is not indicative of future results.
Proprietary Trading Firms: We do not guarantee that users will pass any specific evaluation (e.g., FTMO, Apex, MFF). You acknowledge that market conditions, slippage, and spread variations can impact results regardless of software performance.

4. Account Security & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram Account, License Keys, and VPS API Keys (vntg_...).

You agree not to share your API credentials with third parties.
Vantage Logics is not liable for unauthorized trades resulting from compromised Telegram accounts or leaked API keys.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Licenses are processed via ThriveCart.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital software and proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final once the License Key has been activated or the software has been downloaded.
Cancellation: You may cancel subscription renewals at any time via your user dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Logics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
