End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE VRE26 SOFTWARE.

1. Grant of License

Vantage Logics ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Vantage Risk Engine (VRE26) and Vantage Guardian EA solely for your personal trading purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including its "Brain-Body" architecture, Python source code, MQL5 Expert Advisors, and the associated Machine Learning models (.pkl files), contains proprietary trade secrets of Vantage Logics.

You acknowledge that the software is licensed, not sold.
Vantage Logics retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the compiled Python or MQL5 files.
Redistribute: Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software or your API Keys to third parties.
Signal Copying: Use the software to operate a commercial signal service or "Copy Trading" scheme without an Enterprise License.
Model Extraction: Attempt to extract, retrain, or clone the Machine Learning models provided via the API.

4. Updates & Maintenance

Vantage Logics may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software ("Updates").

Mandatory Updates: Some updates may be mandatory to maintain security or API compatibility.
Model Drift: You acknowledge that the Machine Learning models are updated periodically (Weekly) and that software performance may change over time based on market regime shifts.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". VANTAGE LOGICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE BUG-FREE OR THAT ITS USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
